We’re just 1 mile from the scenic Southwick Rail Trail, and a short drive from local attractions: 20 minutes to Springfield, MA, 30 minutes to Hartford, CT, and only 15 minutes to Granby, CT. Whether you’re here to explore or just relax, Southwick Acres makes it easy to do both.

The sites are large, some wooded and some sunny, and all in a beautiful rural setting.  The casual friendly atmosphere makes Southwick Acres the perfect “summer place” for snowbirds who want to get back to New England while the weather here is most inviting.  Of course there are some folks here that are still working in the area and find Southwick Acres to be the right spot to get away to on the weekends and holidays, so they enjoy making SA their seasonal vacation home.  Water and sewer hookups are included in the site fee while electric and cable connections are provided based on your usage.

Friday evenings the boys get together for horseshoes, Saturday night is bingo and bocce ball.   The pool is a consistent 3 feet deep and the smell of campfires is a sure sign of how welcome everybody feels here at Southwick Acres.  Family owned and operated means “rules are rules” but they’re not big corporate rules that don’t make sense in a small friendly Campground.  There is no playground as we are a mostly adult park.  The pool is very refreshing, and we do welcome the grandchildren of our seasonal campers to visit.

Take Exit 3 (Westfield) off I-90 (the Mass Pike.) Follow U.S. Route 202 South to Southwick Center.

Take Exit 3 (Agawam) off I-91. Follow Route 57 West to Southwick Center.

From Southwick Center, go South on Routes 10 and 202. Southwick Acres Campground will be 2 1/2 miles on the left.
